IELTSRISE provides IELTS preparation tools, practice content, progress tracking, and feedback for educational purposes. We do not guarantee any specific IELTS band score, exam result, admission outcome, visa outcome, or employment outcome.

Your progress depends on many factors, including your current level, practice habits, exam conditions, and official assessment criteria.

Some features may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase. Prices, billing cycles, plan features, and renewal terms are shown at checkout or inside the platform.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You are responsible for cancelling before the next billing date if you do not want your plan to renew.

Refund requests are reviewed according to the refund terms shown at purchase, applicable law, and the payment provider rules that apply to the transaction.

You agree to use IELTSRISE lawfully and responsibly.

• Do not share, resell, sublicense, scrape, copy, or redistribute platform content without permission.
• Do not attempt to bypass security, rate limits, access controls, payment controls, or usage restrictions.
• Do not upload malicious code, interfere with platform operations, or use the service to harm other users.
• Do not submit content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, or infringes another person's rights.
• Do not use automated tools to harvest data, create accounts, or overload the platform without written permission.

You may submit answers, messages, feedback, files, or other content through the platform. You keep ownership of your own content, but you grant IELTSRISE a limited right to host, process, display, analyze, and use it as needed to provide and improve the service.

You are responsible for ensuring that your content is lawful and that you have the rights needed to submit it.

IELTSRISE and its platform content, features, design, branding, software, practice materials, explanations, and learning resources are owned by IELTSRISE or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

These terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you. You receive only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for personal educational purposes.

IELTSRISE is an independent IELTS preparation platform. IELTS is a trademark owned by its respective owners. IELTSRISE is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the owners or administrators of the official IELTS test.

We aim to keep IELTSRISE reliable and useful, but we may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, content, pricing, or availability at any time. We may also perform maintenance or updates that temporarily affect access.

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, misuse the service, create security or legal risk, or fail to pay amounts owed.

You may stop using IELTSRISE at any time. Cancellation of a subscription stops future renewal but does not automatically create a refund unless required by law or stated in the applicable refund terms.

IELTSRISE is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, IELTSRISE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunities arising from your use of the service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. When we make changes, we will update the last updated date on this page. Continued use of IELTSRISE after an update means you accept the revised terms.
